The new GB3EK repeater is on air and now provides the following services:
Echolink – Connect to GB3EK using Echolink on your PC or Smartphone
AllStar – Connect to node 43930 via any AllStar connected repeater or hotspot
Broadcastify – Listen to the GB3EK repeater via the live stream at https://www.broadcastify.com/listen/feed/44928
You will hear the repeater courtesy tones at the end of a transmission change to let users know what the repeater is doing:
Single pip = Last users audio was via local RF and the repeater has no connections via the network (Standalone repeater mode)
Single tone double pip = Last users audio was via local RF and the repeater has active connections to Echolink or AllStar (Connected mode)
Two tone double pip = Last users audio was via Echolink or AllStar connection and the repeater has active connections to Echolink or AllStar (Connected mode)
